1. Do I need previous training or do I need to be in shape before starting Muay Thai?
Not at all. Most of our members start with very little to no experience or fitness background at all. Our classes are designed to help you get in shape safely and progressively. You’ll build strength, endurance, and confidence at your own pace.
2. Is Muay Thai safe for beginners?
Yes. Safety is our top priority. Beginners start with the basic fundamentals, controlled drills, and proper technique before any contact is introduced. Our coaches closely guide you every step of the way to ensure a safe and supportive environment.
3. Do I have to fight or compete?
No! Most of our students do not want to compete. The majority of the students want to learn to defend themselves get in better shape and live a healthier lifestyle
4. Are there long membership commitments?
No! We offer month-to-month memberships only
5. If I sign up after my free class do I have to pay anything?
No! There is nothing due at sign up, There is no pressure to join and no long term programs or commitments. We are month to month only and you tell us when you want to be billed.
6. Do I need to have previous experience or any particular fitness level to enroll in martial arts classes?
No, not at all, our classes are a good mix of men and women of all fitness levels. Beginners train alongside some of the more experienced members, helping each other out in a enjoyable team environment.
